Bio: Who Are We? We are an owner operated, family owned, full service general contracting company delivering professional quality services at affordable prices. We will not do the work unless it will be done right. This means we do not cut corners. We are building Long Islands businesses and communities one at a time. What are our Beliefs? Our in-house services include but are not limited to: • Structural Framing: Wood or steel of additions, extensions, and dormers • Roof Constructions: Hip, gable, shed, saltbox, gambrel, gull wing, half-hip, or mansard • Finish Trimwork: Crown Molding, Baseboard, Chair Railing, Shadow Boxing • Flooring: Ceramic and marble tile, laminate, and linoleum • Decks & Railings: Composite or wood • Installations: Doors, windows, cabinets, countertops • Interior Drywall and spackling • Egress systems Additional Professional Services: • Flood Elimination • Mold Removal • Plumbing • Electrical • Carpeting • Masonry • Painting Are there any warranties on workmanship? Warranties are offered for all workmanship. Examples of warranties are for: • Structural defects: Warrants against failure of structural components such as the load-bearing elements of the home. • Major home system failures: Warrants against failure of plumbing, electrical, heating and air-conditioning systems. Also warrants against failure of major appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens and stove-tops. • Workmanship: Promises to repair defects in the work performed, such as installation. All warranties are contracts. The terms of the contracts will vary. Some warranties, for example, cover only major home systems. Others provide limited coverage for all of the listed items. Still others exempt certain products or installations. Some warranties allow for the purchase of optional, additional coverage.
